Our commitment to excellence is apparent by the strength of our warranty support. In the event that a manufacturing defect does occur, simply follow these steps to make a warranty claim:

1. All warranty claims must be approved by Bekaert before the commencement of any warranty service for manufacturer's defects.
2. Contact your original installing Clearshield dealer to initiate a warranty service claim.  If your original installing dealer is not accessible, you may contact your local Bekaert service center, which can be determined by the online service center locater.
3. To process a warranty claim, Bekaert needs the following:

a. Original warranty certificate or the detailed information contained in it; and
b. Proof of purchase from the installing Clearshield dealer.
